Wicken Consultancy was formed in 2007, folowing an extended engagement with an ex-Accenture contractor. Paul has founded practitioner-led management advisory business.  It brings together a unique wealth of experience, empowering its clients to strive for service excellence through Shared Services & Outsourcing.

Paul has operationally delivered and consulted on numerous programmes globally, over the last 10 years, in North America, UK, Ireland, Continental Europe and India.
